I'm building a set of AI skills that handle the preconstruction work small firms rarely have time for: turning plans into scope, scope into takeoffs, and takeoffs into estimates.
Every skill is built and tested with Claude on real residential projects, versioned, and revised against what it misses. Each one is packaged as a portable SKILL.md file, designed to work with any AI tool. The goal isn't to replace the PM. It's to make sure nothing on the drawings gets skipped.

Next in v1.5: a cross-sheet consistency pass, and every "no work" line must state what was checked.
